About Us

The **Institut Privé Polytechnique de Marrakech (IPM)** is a recognized professional and academic training center in Africa. As part of our international expansion, we are launching **IPM Spain**, a hub specialized in **training and cooperation in the agri-food sector**, based in **Almería**, the heart of Mediterranean agriculture.

Our mission is to create a **bridge between Spain and French African countries**, offering training programs, professional immersions, and strategic partnerships in the agri-food industry.

Main Mission

Reporting directly to the Management (based in Morocco), you will be the **representative of IPM Spain** in Almería. You will play a key role in the **administrative setup**, **local networking**, and **operational launch** of the center.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative & legal support**: assist with residence procedures, NIE, company registration, and institutional partnerships.
- **Local networking**: build and maintain relationships with universities, research centers (e.g., IFAPA, University of Almería), agricultural cooperatives, and professional associations.
- **Communication & representation**: represent IPM Spain at local and regional events.
- **Africa-Spain coordination**: facilitate connections with African partners, prepare mobility and training programs.
- **Development support**: identify funding opportunities (local, European grants) and assist with the launch of initial training programs.
- Experience or strong interest in **agri-food, training, international cooperation, or project management**.
- **Languages**:

- **English** - fluent, written and spoken (mandatory).
- **French** - highly appreciated.
- **Spanish** - operational level required (or strong motivation to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work remotely with an international management team.

- Contract: 6-month trial period, renewable into a permanent contract.
