**Job Summary**:
We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Manager, as part of the Tetra Pak Marketing team, to lead the business relationship within the retailer in the Food & Beverage industry. Drive growth as well as identify, prioritize, and pursue business opportunities. Develop and execute the channels strategy aligned to Tetra Pak strategy and Key Account business plans.
In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the retailers in Spain and Portugal, not only looking to ensure that their operational and strategic issues are coordinated in a timely manner but identifying their needs and delivering solutions to drive mutual growth.
The position will be based Arganda del Rey, Spain.
**What you will do**:
As a Retail Manager, you will:
- You will be responsible for lead creation, implementation and follow up of the Retail strategy aligned with Tetra Pak 2030 strategy
- Lead and develop an open agenda with the main retailers in Spain and Portugal and the related stakeholders to have a clear understanding of their needs
- Actively coordinating and securing business opportunities among customers and retailers
- Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling promoting Tetra Pak’ s portfolio through fact-based value proposals
- Participate in creation, implementation and follow up of plans for Key Accounts in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Relevant industry mapping of Tetra Pak and competition position within the Retailers
**We believe you have**:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience is required in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in a Retailer in the FMCG industry in Spain
- Understanding of the Food & Beverages Value Chain. Local market knowledge as well as the FMCG landscape, trends, customers, and categories.
- Professional experience with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing experience as well as ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-drive and the ability to work autonomously
- A consultative and clear communication style with good presentation skills
- A mindset towards life-long learning, with a curious mindset and the ability to take initiative in own development Advanced English and Spanish language knowledge**We Offer You**
