**About the role**:
At SD Worx Academy, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven International Content Marketeer to help scale our learning platform across Europe.

You'll craft compelling messaging, optimize customer journeys, and ensure our content inspires and converts - in close collaboration with performance marketeers and the wider Academy team.

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- As a International Content Marketeer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital voice of SD Worx Academy.
- You’ll develop content strategies and assets that drive engagement, support sales conversion, and elevate the learner’s experience across all channels.
- Reporting to the Commercial Channel Manager, you’ll work hands-on to turn insights into impactful campaigns and help position SD Worx Academy as a leading learning partner in Europe.
- Customer Journey:

- Improve communication messages, user flows and LMS to reduce friction and increase engagement.
- Tailor content experiences across the customer journey for different target groups (e.g. software, training & learning).
- Content Creation: Create and manage content for multiple digital channels that engage, educate and convert.
- Ensuring content is relevant, current, and aligned with customer needs and business goals. Channel Management
- Execute strategies that increase user engagement and learning activation.
- Increase Users via mysdworx.
- Collaborate with the channel manager and performance team to develop ideas that drive traffic via mysdworx.
- Use data and user insights to create content that boosts visibility and platform use. Customer Conversion & Loyalty
- Support conversion of free users into paying Academy customers through targeted content.

**What do you have to offer?**
- 3-5 years’ experience in content marketing, digital marketing or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and content performance metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS and basic SEO/UX principles.
- A team player who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset. Additional languages are a plus.
