We are a specialised digital advertising agency connecting the Digital and Real World with Creative Solutions.

We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

We are looking for a versatile Senior Creative (English native or near native) who will be responsible for coming up with unique concepts and for crafting engaging and persuasive written content for various marketing materials. With a focus on big digital advertising campaigns, Social Media campaign thinking is key.

The Senior Creative will be a fantastic strategic thinker, an idea generator and a story-teller. They must have the ability to conceptualize ideas and narratives that can be used for Social Media content. This requires a deep understanding of the brand's voice, audience and goals, as well as an awareness of current social media trends and best practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Alongise the Art Director, interpreting creative briefs, coming up with concepts and develop the relevant creativities for execution.
- Writing up the copy that will be used across all brands in the different platforms.
- Writing original copy and editing content for a range of marketing materials.
- Collaborating effectively and receiving feedback from the Creative Director to ensure that the end result meets the needs and expectations of the brand and its audience.
- Ensuring that the end product resonates with the target audience and it creates an impact on each touchpoint.
- Working with creative team from concept development to delivery of final product.
- Setting up content objectives for the month (content calendar).
- Day to day social engagement on the brand’s Social Media channels.
- Conducting analyses on both competitor and company content positioning.
- Presenting copy concepts and final deliverables to the Creative Director and to the client (whenever required)
- Occasionally participating in client pitches.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- English native speaker
- 3-5 years of experience with solid portfolio of work
- Previous experience as creative copywriter within the digital creative scene and in particular for the beauty, skincare, lifestyle and luxury sectors
- Offline/Digital media knowledge
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Exceptional research skills
- Very good presentation skills and the ability to “sell” our ideas and concepts to clients
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability wok under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline would be ideal.

**Languages**
- English (mandatory)
- Spanish (recommended but not a must)
- Any other languages are a plus.
