We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a global Data Center Hosting Strategy initiative. This includes reviewing and optimizing existing data centers in APAC and the Americas, planning new locations, migrating workloads to global DCs, implementing DCIM and biometric access controls, and enhancing network, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead planning and delivery of global IT/OT infrastructure projects across sites.
- Define and implement Data Center strategy, including site migration and server room refurbishments.
- Coordinate hosting capacity, virtualization, WAN/VPN, wireless/wired networks, and backup strategy.
- Implement DCIM solutions and Bio Metric Access Control in line with IT security.
- Align infrastructure efforts with disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders globally.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, deliverables, and project governance.
- Lead risk management, change control, and progress reporting to Steering Committees.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

**Qualifications**
**Required Skills & Experience**

- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management (senior level)
- Proven experience with data center integration/migration and brownfield transformation
- Deep knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, and backup strategies
- Familiar with IT/OT integration in regulated industries (Pharma preferred)
- Experience with DCIM implementation, biometric access, and disaster recovery planning
- Strong understanding of GxP, IT security standards, and validation protocols
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- PMP or Prince2 certification required
