Now, we’re bringing our mission to Spain, opening our very first store in the heart of Madrid at an iconic concept store.

**The Supervisor Mission**:
You’ll be at the heart of our very first store in Madrid, bringing our brand to life on the shop floor and making every customer feel truly seen. As a key support to the Store Manager, you’ll inspire and guide the team, championing our core values in every interaction. You’ll play an essential role in creating a dynamic store environment, fostering connection, and helping us build a strong presence in this new market.

**How you'll drive success**:

- Partner with your Store Manager to deliver an**exceptional customer experience**through our key retail pillars: _Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation_ — always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do
- As our first Supervisor in Spain, you’ll bring our values to life in a way that resonates deeply with the **Madrid community**, fostering meaningful connections and growth
- Use your passion for our products to spark meaningful conversations, inspire confidence, and create **unforgettable customer experience**:

- Be a guiding light for your team, offering hands-on support,** clear and uplifting feedback**, and real-time coaching that helps every team member shine

**What you’ll need to thrive**:

- Experience as a Supervisor preferably having worked for an international business
- Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
- A values champion and brand ambassador, you are a role model for your store team and our values resonate deeply with you
- You have the ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth and development
- You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
