At **Embention** we have been on a clear mission for more than sixteen years, to enable drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs...) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.
The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team of more than 80 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of more than 100 professionals with the same objective.
Due to our IPO and market interest, we are looking to expand our most important resource, the human resource. If you are an **engineer** and you feel attracted by our mission, we are looking for you.
**What would be your mission?**
Our clients' vehicle must be capable of detecting and avoiding obstacles while always complying with aerospace certification standards.
To support our cameras in situations where atmospheric conditions are less favorable, we are developing a radar system in compliance with DO-366, DO-160, and DO-254.
**Which will be your responsibilities?**Definition of radar topology- Requirement capture- Calculation and design of antennas- Calculation and design of the signal conditioning circuit (front-end)- Schematic and layout design- Commissioning
**️ ️ What do we need?**- Telecommunications Engineer or similar- Autonomy and attention to detail- Willingness to work in a team- Knowledge of radar electronic design
**What do we value?**
- Experience in environmental and EMC testing: DO-160, MIL, etc.Proficiency with Eagle, DO-254, Git- Knowledge of radar architecture- Knowledge of signal theory- Proficient in using CST design software- Experience in high-frequency PCB designSkills in designing patch antennas, antenna arraysExperience with RF measurement equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
