**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a talented **Engineering Leader - Europe** to join our team specializing in **Sales** for our **CUK Gensets** in **San Fernando de Henares, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain.**

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Lead engineering execution for PowerGen projects across all phases—from bid development to commissioning—ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
- Manage and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team across Europe, including electrical, controls, mechanical, and project engineers.
- Oversee and approve technical designs, including system architecture, generator sets, switchgear, control systems (PLC/DMC), and balance-of-plant integration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Procurement, HSE) to align engineering solutions with customer needs and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams to drive standardization, tool usage, design quality, and best practice implementation.
- Lead technical risk management, including feasibility assessments, gap analysis, and resolution of critical engineering issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including CE marking, grid codes, and adherence to ISO/IEC standards.
- Represent engineering in customer engagements, providing technical leadership during bid, design, FAT, and commissioning phases.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education/ Experience**:

- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
