En Savills, consultora inmobiliaria internacional,queremos incorporar un/a Marketing Consultant en la División de Property Mangement basado/a en Barcelona.

Funciones:

- Definir la estrategia y las acciones de marketing y comunicación enfocadas a potenciar y posicionar la marca de unos de nuestros clientes como referente.
- Coordinar la estrategia de marketing y comunicación con la estrategia comercial.
- Definir y conceptualizar los materiales de comunicación orientados a la captación y fidelización de clientes y a la visibilidad de la marca del cliente.
- Coordinar y dinamizar los actos de networking con los principales agentes de interés.
- Definir un plan de responsabilidad social corporativa con entidades, colectivos y causas sociales como estrategia para potenciar la marca del cliente.
- Conceptualizar y ajustar los contenidos a publicar en los canales de comunicación disponibles.
- Optimizar los canales y procesos de comunicación con los clientes.
- Coordinar, liderar y promover el crecimiento profesional del equipo humano asignado.
- Coordinar y gestionar la relación con los proveedores.
- Titulación: Graduado/a en ADE, Marketing o similar
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiência en marketing o comunicación
- Nível alto de inglés
- Conocimientos de SEO y marketing digital.
