Desde SGTECH buscamos incorporar un perfil junior con experiência en Administración y economía para formar parte del área del centro de soporte de confirming para la entidad financiera más importante de España.

En el ámbito bancario, confirming se refiere al proceso de verificar la autenticidad de una transacción o de la información relacionada con la cuenta. Por ejemplo, en el caso de las cartas de crédito, se puede requerir una confirmación para asegurarse de que los términos y condiciones acordados se cumplan.

LLevara a cabo las siguientes actividades:

- Contacto con proveedores y clientes de SCIB por correo electrónico y teléfono para soporte operativo.
- Coordinación con otros equipos internos para la instalación de Proveedores en la Plataforma Global de Confirming.
- Coordinación con los Proveedores y equipos internos de Mantenimiento: actualización de información, creación de usuarios web, etc.
- Generar informes internos y externos manuales para Proveedores.
- Escalar riesgos y proponer mejoras en los procesos

**Requisitos**:

- Perfil con ingles alto + español alto + alemán alto.
- Licenciatura/Grado Universitario: ADE, Económicas, Derecho, etc.
- Si tienen experiência en Client Service (tiene que estar hablar la mayoria del tiempo con proveedores mundo SCIB y PYMES).
- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Gestión del alta y mantenimiento de proveedores
- Resolución de dudas e incidencias.
