**Senior Data Analyst - (H/F) - CDI - Paris**:

Actuellement, nous souhaitons recruter, **un/e Senior Data Analyst** au sein de l’équipe Business Intelligence d’un de nos clients, un important groupe international du secteur industriel.

**Missions**:
Analyser la performance du groupe afin d’établir les prévisions de ventes:

- Analyser et comprendre le contexte commercial et compétitif.
- Identifier les leviers clefs de croissance dans le marché.
- Analyser la performance des initiatives du groupe.
- Établir des recommandations pour optimiser l’impact des activités.
- Mener à bien les évaluations de ROI.

Réaliser des analyses approfondies des opportunités et risques du marché afin d’établir les business cases pour les produits:

- Mener à bien les analyses de la société liées à l’évolution des consommateurs, du marché, des compétiteurs, de la performance des marques, de l’évolution des segments et de l’évolution des prix.
- Préparer les analyses et construire les présentations pour diverses instances et réunions - revues mensuelles du marché, réunions du comité de direction, revues trimestrielles (QBR), business plan et plans opérationnels.
- Élaborer des scénarios pour aider la société à prendre des décisions éclairées.

Soutenir le processus de planification des activités:

- Engager les parties prenantes du développement commercial, des ventes, du Brand marketing afin de transformer vos insights en plans d’actions.
- Contribuer directement à la construction des cycles commerciaux.
- Identifier les opportunités et clarifier les risques à adresser en amont.
- Proposer et tester des solutions concrètes.
- Analyser le contexte compétitif par segment dans le but de recommander le positionnement prix des produits.

**Profil**:

- Formation : Bac +5 Ecole de commerce / Master avec spécialisation en économétrie, statistiques.
- Une expérience confirmée entre 5 et 7 ans dans, au moins un des rôles qui suit:

- Analyste business intelligence / Analyste marché / Analyste Sales Force Effectiveness / Analyste performance / Business planning / Data analyste.
- Anglais obligatoire.
- Forte compétences analytiques ; être capable de modéliser des scénarios et réaliser des analyses.
- Maîtrise du pack Office.
- Expérience avec Power BI un plus.
- Personne avec esprit d’équipe, dynamique, enthousiaste, rigoureux et curieux.
