Tasks

You will be primarily responsible for developing mechanical/structural systems for subsonic/supersonic and hypersonic flights. You will be a part of our engineering team and interact with all engineering disciplines to resolve new issues as they arise. It is the unique project with unique opportunities for skill and experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Independ analysis task performing;
- Structural, structural / thermal analysis and sizing of aerospace structures;
- Vibration and frequency response analysis;
- Structural optimization;
- Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis;
- Laboratory, ground and flight test support;
- Analysis tools development;
- Test program development;
- Preparation of technical reports and presentations;
- Continuous exchanges with suppliers;
- Assist in the development of manufacturing, integration, and test processes and procedures;
- Raw test data processing and analysis validation;
- Certification and qualification process support.

**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications and Experience
- BS., MS., Ph.D in an Aerospace or a related discipline;
- Required experience in a Structural/ Mechanical Engineering (in Space/ Aerospace will be advantage): BS - 8 years, MS - 6 years, PhD - 4 years;
- Strong knowledge of aerospace structural design;
- The knowledge of material science and structural mechanics;
- Strong knowledge of loads selection, definition and combination swith load factors;
- Proven ability to undertake structural, thermal and coupled analysis;
- High Experience in FEA with Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys or Hyperworks;
- High Experience in CAD systems;
- Experience in-flight data analysis;
- Strong understanding of aerospace project stages;
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team, as well as autonomously; and
- The ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment are required.

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of continuum and solid mechanics;
- Knowledge of applied mathematics and physics;
- Understanding of hypersonic flight physics;
- Experience of C++ / Python / Matlab programming;
- Experience of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis;
- Experience of laboratory, ground and flight test;
- Knowledge of GVT performing;
- Experience of CFD (Ansys Fluent, Star CCM+ etc);
- Participation in certification process;
Language
- Knowledge of the English language is required;
- Knowledge of the French or German language is an advantage.
