Join a **leading Outsourcing/BPO company** and work with **exciting European brands** in the **heart of Valencia** We're seeking a **Dutch-speaking Sales Representative** to connect with customers, close deals, and help deliver creative, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

**Location**: Valencia, Spain (On-site)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Industry**: BPO / Sales
**Languages**: Dutch (C1/C2), English (B2 minimum)
**Compensation**: Base salary

**Responsibilities**:
Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions
Follow up on warm leads - **no cold calling**
Confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
Track and achieve sales goals with a target-driven mindset
Accurately document customer interactions and share insights
️ Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients

**Requirements**:
Native/fluent in Dutch, with solid English communication (B2+)
️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems
Previous sales experience is a plus - **but not required**
Interest in sales, printing, or creative industries is a bonus
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented team player
