Vueling cabin crew members are the face of the company. The people in charge of transmitting our values to the customers who travel with us. The people who make travel a comfortable experience for our customers by taking care of their welfare and safety.

Our school to train future Flight Attendants and develop talent.

This initiative aims to boost training, promote professional development and facilitate the recruitment of future Flight Attendants (Flight Attendants), equipping them with the essential skills to thrive in the sector.

What does the Yellow Academy offer?
- Our own training programme (28 working days).
- Official certification awarded by CAE at the end of the course, an official licence recognised by the civil aviation authorities.
- Employment contract with Vueling upon successful completion of the training.
- Personalised mentoring for each class.
- Partial subsidy of the course by Vueling.
- Opportunity to join a team of more than 2,400 committed flight attendants.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma
- Good appearance.
- Proactive attitude towards customers to ensure the highest quality of the on board service.
- Fluent English (B1). Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Italian and French) will be valued.
- Work permit in Spain.
- No criminal record.
- Geographical availability to work in any of our Spanish bases.
- Flexibility and adaptation of schedules.
