Electronical Engineer

MGL EUMAN is part of the MGL Group, an industrial group that manufactures and sells products and solutions for the professional electricity market, with facilities in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, USA, UK, Mexico and Spain.

We have two business units:

- Energy, Test and Measuring, mainly focused on electrical measurement instruments and products and solutions for Energy Control, such as presence detectors, security detectors or time switches.
- Automotive, which is dedicated to automotive electrical diagnostic tools.

**We are looking for an Electronical Engineer who wants to develop his/her career as a Plant Manager in EMEA.**

The Plant Manager will contribute to the growing project of the plant, oversee all daily operations from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Your main duties will be:

- Plan, direct and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
- Plan, direct and coordinate production and processing activities of industrial organizations
- Plan and review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, search of suppliers, staffing requirements, work procedures, duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraint.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Plan and review maintenance routines, internal and external.
- Management, implementation and control of legal documentation regarding electrical projects, licenses, technical documentation required by public organizations.
- Cost analyst.
- The factory is an interesting project of growing in Asturias.

**What you should bring to the table?**
- Electronical Engineering or similar degre
- 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing
- Valuable Injection plastic knowledge, calibration of electronic devices
- SAP PP
- Valuable SAP MM/PS
- Health & Safety training
- High level of English
- This position is to be carried out in Europe, joining our European team based in Asturias (Spain), so it will be an asset to work in this facility.
