Job Description

**More specifically, you will**:

- Manage the lifecycle of change requests — registering, assessing, authorizing, planning, deploying
- Assess and reduce risks to the availability, performance, security and compliance of the products and services impacted by the change
- Develop processes for standard, normal or emergency changes
- Develop methods and tools to automate change control processes to enable continuous integration
- Proactively prevent problems and minimize the impact of incidents on the business that cannot be prevented
- Reactively resolve problems that have already happened and coordinate the restoration of normal service as quickly as possible
- Hold calls to ensure accurate and up to date information is available to the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders
- Lead Management meetings to produce service improvement plans and root cause analysis

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with core IT Service Management processes and at least 3+ years of experience with the Change Management process/practice
- Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities (CSA, ITSM certified preferred)
- ITIL processes foundation certified (ITIL expert preferred);
- Good operational experience understanding how Service Desks and Technical teams operate in an international crossed region organization
- Ability to manage Agile projects in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
