**ROC Team**

Our team consists of highly skilled technical experts who understand turbine design, operational challenges, and business requirements. Their insights enable smart decision-making — whether it's safe to keep turbines running or if a local Service team needs to be deployed. The ROC also provides technical support across the Vestas organization, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve technical and operational issues.

**Responsibilities**

You will report to the Global Head of Remote Operations Centers and lead the ROC Madrid team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for Service stakeholders in LATAM (Latin America), MED (Mediterranean countries), and NCE (Northern & Central Europe).
- Supporting the ROC Madrid team in their continuous training and development to ensure daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Leading by example and delivering results through others — tracking business objectives, key projects, and KPIs.
- Capacity planning, project follow-up, and budget understanding.
- Recruiting and designing roles to attract the right talent.
- Coaching and giving continuous feedback to direct reports to ensure long-term growth and performance.
- Creating a positive team culture and promoting employee engagement.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to understand their operational needs.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement Programs and cross-functional projects to enhance performance across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Studies related to Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the wind energy industry, with at least 3 years leading operational or matrix teams.
- Extensive knowledge of service delivery centers, process standardization, and global operations.
- Experience with root cause failure analysis, fault diagnosis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Solid IT proficiency and professional approach.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
