**Descripción**: Nuestro cliente, UNIQ RESIDENTIAL, promotora inmobiliaria boutique, que desarrolla proyectos de viviendas urbanas de la más alta calidad en toda España busca un BROKER MANAGER en BENIDORM, con experiência en el sector inmobiliario, cuya misión será la de relacionarse con todos los colaboradores actuales en la venta de "InTempo", y la búsqueda de colaboradores nuevos para canalizar la venta del producto, con el objetivo de que los colaboradores generen leads, que pasen a los vendedores de UNIQ. Funciones: - Gestionar los colaboradores actuales (freelance, Apis, Inmobiliarias o emrpresas de servicios que pueden dar apoyo al comprador en decoración, gestión de alquiler, etc.) y bucar otros, manteniendo con ellos una relación excelente y productiva. - Detectar dificultades en la venta (si existieran), y reportarlas a la Dirección Comerical. - Conseguir activar los máximos colaboradores, para facilitar la venta y conseguir que quede bien distribuida y no dependa de colaboradores concretos. - Conseguir colaboradores que proporcionen leads de calidad. **Perfil**: - Experiência en promoción inmobiliaria, creación de redes comerciales libres, venta de inmuebles y con relaciones comerciales en la zona. - Perfil de Autónomo con exclusividad. - Lugar de trabajo: Benidorm (con Oficina de información y pisos de muestra). - Idiomas: Inglés y Español. - Fuertes habilidades comerciales y de negociación. - Actitud positiva y optimista.
