**DESCRIPTION**:
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in supporting procedures for production or mission critical environments to include ticketing, monitoring/metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience managing a CMMS system in a critical environment.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in SQL or programming
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics
