**The role**

The Ecommerce business Analyst is responsible to provide intelligence and insights from eCommerce data available. He or she will support the Purina ecommerce team by providing them with accurate data, insights, trends and ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision making. This will be done through analyzing existing internal and customers data, but also leveraging custom models developed by our Data Insights and Analytics team. Support Business functions in leveraging data and build their own insights about their interaction with key online pure players like Amazon & Zooplus

**What you’ll do**
- You will collaborate closely with our Data&Insights Analytics team and Purina representative for our ZEUR and IT to leverage their expertise in data science and analysis, while also supporting commercial account managers in deriving valuable insights for customer performance analysis.
- You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making in online customer management. This includes analyzing KPIs, consumer data, and customer data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- You will lead and coordinate any data related programs with key customers.
- You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our strategy by identifying key business challenges, establishing relevant KPIs to drive performance, and creating comprehensive reporting mechanisms to share insights across various marketing channels.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in data analysis or statistics.
- 3+ years’ experience in data analysis/data modelling/analytics.
- Proven ability to work with different sources of data (SQL, APIs, flat files, etc).
- Experience leveraging data visualization tools to turn analysis into readily accessible insight to e reported in an easy way to understand by non-data expert population.
- PM experience, installing a data-driven mindset in a company, including experience in data driven continuous improvement and A/B testing.

**Bonus Points If You**:
Experience leveraging data in eCom, web o retail datasets
