**What you will do?**
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues.
- Plan and Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Strategic Business reviews. Track actions arising from customer business review meetings
- Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual customer success meetings to ensure customers optimize our product/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met
- Develop customer success plans (mutually agreed with customer) and monitor/report performance
- Monitor product adoption and effective product usage and provide recommendations to customer on features and configurations that would improve their business performance
- Monitor and report customer health and develop plans for improvements where risks/issues are identified
- Ensure that customers are properly trained and educated on product usage; so their adoption time is minimized
- Be the voice of the customers in the company, providing the suitable balance between the customer’s requests and the company’s vision.

**What do you need to know?**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Customer Success and CS Operations.
- Experience in customer health scoring models and tools.
- Experience in managing regular customer business reviews.
- Experience in airline industry
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent skills in data modelling, analytics and business intelligence
- Strong skills in Power Bi Desktop and Pro.
- Pro-active business contributor
- ROI mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and able to sort through complex data sets, incl. their interpretation
- High standards of accuracy and precision; operational discipline; ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
