**Job Description** What's it all about?**

This role is an integral part of the Visa Managed Services Risk Practice Team - an arm of Visa’s Consulting and Analytics VCA and Visa Managed Service VMS organizations, which is responsible for providing rules optimistation consulting support expertise to Visa client.

As the Solutions Management Analyst, your main responsibility will be to support the analysis, implementation, execution and optimisation of authorizations and authentication solutions for Visa Clients. The role entails comprehensive analysis of tools, consumer journeys, VisaNet transaction data to implement recommendations tailored to the Client’s needs. Working to understand the customer needs, use Visa’s market leading data infrastructure to uncover insights and develop recommendations, test and deploy the recommendations to help Clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Lead of VMS Risk Europe, you will be supporting the European VMS team more broadly across the region and be part of the global VCA team.

**What we expect of you, day to day**
- Delivery of VMS Risk Practice optimization projects for multiple clients in Europe - regular client reviews, providing performance evaluations, rule recommendations and deployment
- Support the delivery of Business Cases for Visa Risk Solutions, Market and Portfolio Fraud Analysis, optimization of Authorizations, Disputes and Authentication Platforms and work to solve operational issues reported by clients
- Support building a VMS Risk Practice centre of excellence within the European region
- Maintain VMS Risk Practise operational assets in accordance to VCA standards
- Increases automation by using internal features and available client attributes Use Visa Risk Dashboards to continually highlight client return on investment
- Processes ad hoc requests and uses existing functionality to accomplish goals
- Engages with colleagues and clients regularly to align common ideas and goals through effective communication, demonstrating a passion for the business, and being accountable
- Shares efficiencies and standard methodologies with peers
- Builds industry knowledge through internal and external resources

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications** What we're after...**
- Experience in data analytics and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
- Data analytics approach
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluent in English - written & verbal
- Knowledge of a second European language - Spanish, Italian or Portuguese

**What we'd love...**
- Experience in Risk and/or Fraud prevention within a payment network, issuing banks, acquiring banks or merchants.
- Experience working with and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources, such as Big Data
- Understanding of the implications of digital transformation on fraud risk management
- Digitally curious, up to date with digital and technology literature, trends
- Working experience in Python, JavaScript, Perl, SQL and data visualization tools - Tableu and PowerBI and ability to analyze and draw insights from data
