**Purpose of Position** Awin's Financial Analytics team sits at the intersection of finance, data and commercial decision-making and is fundamental to shaping the company's financial future and strategic direction through expert data analysis and financial modelling. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to take us to the next level, acting as a Product Owner for the company's suite of financial reporting, KPIs and modelling. Technical proficiency in data, a background in finance, and a commercial mindset are critical for this role. But more than that we need someone who can tell a story with data, who understands what business leaders need to make decisions and has the courage to innovate. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and maintain the squad's financial reporting and modelling including sales, revenue, opex, personnel, subscription metrics such as ARR and CLV, new business and churn - Act as the "first developer", setting standards, coaching other team members and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables - Design and implement dashboards, reports and models that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting - Collaborate closely with other squads across Data Engineering to ingest and model necessary data - Manage the squad backlog: refine requirements, prioritize user stories, ensure clarity and alignment with stakeholders - Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders to capture operational requirements and translate them into development tasks - Support Manager in vision / strategy, roadmap planning and leading innovation such as the incorporation of new tools or methods such as AI / ML **Skills & Expertise** - At least five years in Financial or Business Analytics - Product Ownership / Squad Leadership experience and knowledge of Accounting / Finance - Analytical, pro-active and inquisitive, with a proven ability to take ownership and generate valuable new ideas. - Bachelor's Degree in a Finance, Business or Analytics related field - Expertise with SQL and Tableau is essential - Fluent English **Our Offer** - **Flexi-Week and Work-Life Balance**: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
