We offer to all the citizens of the cities where we are present a responsible and ecological urban transport service through shared, elegant and safe scooters, turning everyday commuting into extraordinary experiences.

YEGO was born in 2016 when electric and shared mobility was still in an experimental phase. Today it is a reality and YEGO operates in 5 Spanish cities (Barcelona, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Valencia, Malaga and Seville) and in 4 French cities (Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse and Balma).

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager ready to run our business in Sevilla. You will count with the support of an entire group of passionate people to provide a wow experience to our users.

**Your typical day at YEGO**
- Keeping the best scooter availability anywhere, anytime for our YEGO rider,
- Managing your operational team (hiring, staffing, training, optimization of your organization), making sure your garage is properly organized for best operations,
- Making sure that every available scooter is in its best condition on the streets (mechanic, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, helmets, etc.),
- Piloting & adjusting your activity through KPIs (Operations, Use of Scooters, Maintenance, etc.)
- Reporting to the Headquarter about challenges and successes,
- Completing ad-hoc and administrative tasks in relation to your activity.

**What are we looking for**
- Master in management/logistics.
- Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued.
- At least 2 years experience in team management/logistics.
- Skills to face stressful situations.
- Strong customer orientation.
- A hands-on and positive attitude.
- Good expertise with new technologies and agile methodologies.
- Spanish: fluent.
