**Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of the industrial sustainability strategy
- Conducting product CO2-calculation, modeling (PCF, LCA, EPD) in accordance with the GHG Protocol and relevant industries standards
- Preparing and coordinating sustainability reporting based on recognized standards
- Driving analysis of structures, functions, and processes with regard to social, ecological and economic aspects of our Product portofolio
- Supporting sustainability communication
- Advising and supporting the departments on topics and issues of sustainability
- Leading research activities on sustainability management topics and reporting
- Supporting Project management and project control of various sustainability projects
- Presenting results and recommendations for action to leadership team
- Raising sustainability awareness among colleagues, and contributing to mindset transformation

**What your background should look like**:

- Work experience or Knowledge of LCA calculations software (Umberto, SimaPro, others) and databases (Ecoinvent or others)
- Knowledge and experience of GHG Protocol, ISO 46067 and similar
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in automating the LCA calculations
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, SAP and others are an advantage
- Completed university degree preferably with a engineering / science / supply chain / EH&S / Quality diploma or a similar degree with a focus on sustainability management
- Strong in project-oriented collaboration and team communication
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
- Responsible, independent, and pragmatic thinking and acting
- Past work experience or knowledge in mechanical, electrical, device, relays industries is a plus
