Mergers and Acquisitions Manager for Water Sector

SAUR - Based in Saur's Spanish headquarters in Madrid and reporting directly to the Group's Executive Vice President in charge of Mergers et Acquisitions, you will be asked to:
Identify and assess acquisition opportunities for SAUR globally, both mid-sized companies and transforming acquisitions, with a particular focus on all the Iberic MetA projects
Execute acquisition projects, including due diligence coordination, valuation exercise, strategic rationale assessment, drafting of offers, negotiation of the legal documentation, presentation for Investment Committees and Boards, closing and integration
Execute disposal projects of non-core assets You graduated from a top-tier European Business School (MSc, MBA) and have a 5 to 8-year experience in MetA (Investment Bank, MetA boutique) or in Transaction Services (EY, KMPG, Deloitte, PWC).
With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine analysis, synthesis, rigor and method.

You are autonomous, flexible, adaptable, and reactive. You demonstrate a very good level of communication both from a written and oral point of view. You like working in a team, wish to evolve in an international environment and take advantage of opportunities for development, in a motivating company project. You would like to contribute to the rapid growth of our activities and are curious.
You are fluent in French and English; Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
