As a Workday Engagement Manager / Functional Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Workday solutions by working closely with our customers' business teams and leading the DXC delivery teams.

You will help our customers leverage Workday technology to enhance Human Resources Management and contribute to their digital transformation.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Customer focus: provide functional insights and thought leadership, understand requirements, manage expectations and deliver on time, with quality and within budget, achieve high customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Delivery focus: manage all aspects of delivery, including planning, resourcing, budget control, scope management, change management, deliverables and quality management, service level management. Lead multiple teams as an architect or an orchestrator. Plan and lead workshops and facilitated client events
- Workday Practice focus: contribute to knowledge sharing and to the creation of re-usable assets and accelerators.

**_Education and Experience Required: _**
- 7 years of professional experience of which 3+ years of Workday experience.
- Workday HCM Core and PM Certifications, ideally also advanced certification(s) in in areas like Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Benefits, Reporting, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence, and a good knowledge of Workday security.
- Practical HCM/HR experience gained during work in a role of HR processes owner or consultant in the HCM area.
- Full lifecycle experiences: plan, architect and configure, test, deploy.
- Project management and/or functional lead experience.
- Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences.
- Strong consulting skills: requirements analysis, workshops facilitation, managing customer expectations.
- Fluent in English.
