The Brand Manager will be the strategic driver for our portfolio, with responsibility for establishing the positioning and messaging platforms to set up the brands for growth and long term success across all regions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish global strategic positioning, messaging and branding for company solutions.
- Ensure the brands are co-positioned to propel growth for each individual brand and minimize cannibalization.
- Liaise with regional marketing managers to understand regional market dynamics, specifically focusing on Top 5 markets to drive strategic priorities and decisions.
- Partner with manufacturer and Regulatory on lifecycle management projects for category.
- Conduct ongoing market assessments to proactively stay ahead of trends, track changes in dynamics, competitive activity, publications and other clinical or scientific papers across regions.
- Support markets in launch planning, preparation and execution, determining most appropriate commercialization path.
- Must be globally minded with a true interest and determination to develop keen understanding of the top 5 markets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years in strategic marketing roles.
- Completion of university level degree, preferably within business or medical categories.
- Experience marketing across multiple diverse markets; ideally across multiple regions, but if within region must span countries with diverse cultures, variety of regulatory and promotional guidelines, indications, competitive sets, etc.
- Strong strategic experience, including product positioning, creating messaging platforms, establishing differentiation within class vs competitors and vs other products within company portfolio.
- Proven success managing budget and prioritizing investments that directly correlate to market and product growth, ability to demonstrate ROI and strategic rationale for investment decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
