Familiarization with Administration/Finance Areas:
- In the initial stage, you will be required to familiarize yourself with all aspects of administration and finance within the company. This will involve understanding existing processes and systems related to cost control.Cost Control in SAP Production:
- In the second stage, you will be responsible for managing cost control in the production department, leveraging your expertise in the SAP CO module. You will ensure accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of production costs, and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.Balance Consolidation (BPC) Control:
- In the third stage, you will assume the responsibility for the consolidation of balances using the BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) system. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data across the organization.Support SAP and BPC Implementation in Foreign Subsidiaries:
- In the final stage, you will play a supportive role in the implementation of SAP and BPC systems in our foreign subsidiaries. You will collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth rollout and provide guidance and assistance to local teams during the transition.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI CO, specifically the CO module.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
