**Missions principales**:
**1.** **Facturation et Gestion Administrative**:

- Établir les factures pour les interventions de dépannage et les chantiers réalisés.
- Rédiger les devis en fonction des besoins des clients.
- Rédiger et archiver les rapports d’intervention pour chaque mission réalisée.

**2.** **Planification des Interventions**:

- Organiser et planifier les interventions techniques en fonction des urgences et des disponibilités des techniciens.
- Assurer le suivi des plannings et informer les équipes en temps réel des modifications éventuelles.
- Coordonner avec les clients pour confirmer les horaires et les dates d’intervention.

**3.** **Relance des Créances**:

- Effectuer les relances nécessaires en cas de retard de paiement.
- Maintenir une relation client courtoise tout en veillant à l’encaissement des créances dans les délais impartis.

**4.** **Gestion du Standard Téléphonique**:

- Gérer les demandes des clients avec professionnalisme, fournir les informations nécessaires ou prendre des messages précis.

Profil recherché:

- Français Natif (la langue utilisée pour le poste est uniquement le Français)
- Expérience professionnelle en tant qu’assistante administrative, idéalement dans le secteur du bâtiment ou en relation avec des syndics de copropriété.
- Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Aisance relationnelle et sens du service client pour maintenir de bonnes relations avec les syndics, les bureaux d’études et les clients.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, logiciels de facturation et de planification).
- Rigueur et autonomie
- Polyvalence et adaptabilité pour travailler avec différents interlocuteurs (techniciens, clients, comptabilité).

Conditions de travail:

- Poste basé à Benalmadena.
- Type de contrat : CDD 6 mois puis CDI
- Temps de travail : 35h00

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Sueldo: 1.812,00€-2.100,00€ al mes
