**ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION SERVICES**

Transformation Services is the EBU’s in-house consultancy unit, supporting public service media organizations across Europe in navigating complex change. The team partners with senior leaders on transformation programmes covering strategy, organization, culture, workflows and digital capability. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first and international context, the unit delivers practical, hands-on projects with measurable impact.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

As Project Manager, you will play a critical enabling role in the success of the service. Acting as the operational backbone of the service, you will ensure that multiple, high-profile transformation projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
- Own the operational framework across the project portfolio, coordinating timelines, milestones, reporting and reviews.
- Coordination of complex, multi-country projects (travel, workshops, on-site delivery), anticipating requirements and resolving issues proactively.
- Support contracting and administrative processes, tracking fees, expenses and margins
- Coordinate diverse delivery teams including internal EBU experts, peer practitioners, and external consultants across projects
- Ensure high standards of documentation, knowledge management and information flow, including integration with wider EBU teams
- Contribute to our continuous process improvement, including the use of digital and AI-enabled tools

You bring a strong project management mindset and thrive in complex, fast-moving environments. You are recognized for your reliability, proactivity and ability to coordinate people and information with confidence.
- Experience in project coordination, operations or delivery support across multiple activities
- Strong organizational skills (planning, follow-up, documentation, logistics)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and diverse international partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert user of collaborative digital and PM tools (e.g. Teams, Planner, SharePoint)
- A service-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Interest in improving ways of working, including through digital and AI-supported tools

**LANGUAGE -**Language: Excellent English is essential; additional languages are an asset

**EDUCATION -**Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

**ADDED VALUE**
- Experience in consultancy, transformation, or international environments
- Exposure to organizational change or transformation programmes
- Experience working in distributed or remote-first teams
