**Dynamic Discounting Product Owner**

**Responsibilities**: Product Owner of a high performance development team. Working alongside the product and IT teams in order to achieve business & stakeholders' needs (internal and/or external) in line with the internal Supply Chain Finance CIB strategy, with focus on the dynamic discounting product.

**Tasks**
Define user requirements at high-detail level aimed at a new Dynamic Discounting platform under an Agile development methodology.

Manage product backlog: create, structure and prioritize it.

Coordinate and manage high-performance teams.

Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.

Implement solutions into production and change management ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and monitoring the business KPIs and product OKRs.

Participate in Request For Proposals (RFP) with clients, supporting Business.

Manage and coordinate stakeholders from different areas (Business, Operations, Technology, etc...) and External Entities (Clients, SAP, Bank of Spain,...) to capture functional requirements and transfer them to Development teams, Reporting.

Functional consulting Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or fintech projects related to TWCS solutions (commercial financing products: dynamic discounting, confirming,...).

Bachelor degree or equivalent

A good knowledge of Dynamic Discounting product is a must. Additionally, high level of functional knowledge of Wholesale Banking products and business processes, especially those related to transactionality and working capital management.

Agile Methodologies.

Thorough knowledge of SCIB functional architecture and SaaS environments' experience is desired.

Full fluency in English (both spoken and written is a must).

Soft skills (Teamwork, Communication skills, Adaptation to change, Ability to work under pressure)
