**Ecommerce System Manager (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- This is an exciting role for a proactive, motivated, and decisive individual - you will be highly analytical, organised, and comfortable developing ecommerce platforms, with a passion to provide a consistent and positive customer journey
- You will manage and further develop the Linde Customer Portal throughout Region Europe West (Spain, Portugal, France, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland) from a system perspective
- You will coordinate functional deployments of the Ecommerce platform, identify issues, and communicate progress throughout the development lifecycle
- In addition, you will manage website configuration & parameters as well as generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
- Further, you will investigate and report operational/technical issues arising & work with Linde internal as well as external teams to resolve the cases
- You Test and guarantee that selected functionalities work in a correct manner and improve the user experience
- You come up with value driven solutions, enhancing the user experience and functionality of our platform
- You help to guarantee uptime, availability, and the performance of our platform
**What makes you great**
- You have a general interest in Information Technology and E-Commerce demonstrated through relevant work experience within IT System Management or technical development of E-Commerce platforms or a degree in web design, Computer Science, IT System Administration, or related area
- You have a basic understanding in some of the following areas (or strong willingness to learn): front-end programming (HTML5, CSS design), databases and ability to write basic queries (SQL), any scripting language (such as Python, PHP, JavaScript), eCommerce content management systems (preferably HCL Commerce)
- SAP experience is a strong asset as well as Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in English language
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative to get things done
- You have good communication skills to effectively work with local and global team members across a large organization as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders on various organizational levels
