Estamos buscando una persona de Beca para formarse y desarrollarse en el ámbito de Consumo, Comercio Electrónico, Protección de Datos y Derechos Digitales para las oficinas centrales en Madrid, para dar apoyo al equipo jurídico dentro del Departamento Legal del Grupo IskayPet.
¿Cuáles serán las responsabilidades del perfil ideal?
- Gestión tutelada de DºRGPD.
- Gestión tutelada de requerimientos en materia de Consumo.
- Gestión tutelada de requerimientos y oficios policiales.
- Apoyo en la presentación de solicitudes y requerimientos ante Administraciones Públicas y seguimiento de expedientes administrativos en todos sus trámites.
- Apoyo en la gestión de cartelería en materia de Protección de Datos y Consumo de cara a la apertura de nuevas tiendas y centros veterinarios del Grupo.
- Apoyo en la revisión, gestión de firmas y seguimiento de contratos.
- Coordinación con Registros, Notarías y Administraciones Públicas.
- Soporte jurídico transversal al equipo Legal en materia de Consumo, Comercio Electrónico, Protección de Datos y Derechos Digitales.

- Estar cursando o haber finalizado el Grado en Derecho, el Doble Grado o una Titulación de Máster en Derecho.
- Ser una persona proactiva, resolutiva y sociable.
- Orientación al detalle.
