Would you like to join our team as an Intenal Control Assistant? We are looking for a reliable team player within the organization.

Your key role will be the review and development of policies, implementation and monitoring compliance within the organization. Essential to perform controls and analysis to identify risks and opportunities to support management decision.

You will participate in the annual Internal Control assessment to be reported to LVMH Group, contribute to Internal Audit reviews and ah-hoc missions.

You will also contribute to the fight against fraud and non-compliant/non-ethical practices.

Help the organization accomplish its business and financial objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

The role will be providing strong support to Ethics & Compliance, Internal Control, Legal and Data Privacy department.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Manage the Internal Control self-assessment campaign to be reported to LVMH Group
- Perform Internal Control reviews on specific topic or specific market
- Interview employees at all levels of the organization regarding potentially complex and sensitive matters. Maintain extreme confidentiality of all investigation matters.
- Engage with business partners to pro-actively provide advisory and guidance on risks and controls for new projects, programs or initiatives.
- Assist in the follow up of action plans from operational audits, ensuring timely closure and a review of supporting documentation
- Undertake special projects, ad-hoc audits, projects reviews or similar upon request depending on needs within the organization.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results
- Assist in the follow up of action plans related to Ethics & Compliance programs (SAPIN II, Plan Prevención Delitos)
- Communication skills—Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively convey complex concepts in understandable terms, both in writing and verbally; deliver oral presentations to diverse groups.

- Ability to work in an international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Data analytics is a plus
- High level of integrity and ethics. Rigorous and reliable
- Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy
- Able to maintain balance amidst opposition and change
- Technical & management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude

**PROFILE NEEDED**:

- STUDIES: Degree in Economics, Law
- LANGUAGES: Spanish (Fluent), English (Fluent C1), French is a plus
- IT TOOLS: Office 365, SAP, etc
- EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years in audit, compliance, internal control
