**How you will CELLebrate**

**Overall Description**
- Proactively identify, consolidate, and drive solutions for all open planning topics—including building, BSI (Battery Specific Infrastructure), and equipment—within your dedicated area.
- Act as the central communicator, liaising with key stakeholders to gather accurate, up-to-date status information on all planning matters.
- Seamlessly integrate plant planning, BSI planning, and execution interfaces to ensure smooth progress and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with planning teams and VSM Supports to propose effective mitigations for critical planning challenges that impact timelines.

**Deliverables**
- Regularly updated, consolidated milestone plans highlighting any changes or risks within planning topics.
- Well-thought-out mitigation strategies for major timeline-impacting issues, developed in partnership with planning teams.
- Practical, on-site solutions for minor planning challenges that ensure zero impact on timelines, coordinated with VSM Supports.

**Decision Authority**
- Empowered to propose solutions and mitigation strategies within defined scope, ensuring alignment with line management and technical specifications.

- Value Stream Manager (VSM)
- Production Area Lead (when necessary)

**Core Tasks**
- Gather and present clear, accurate status updates on planning topics from relevant contacts.
- Participate in existing meetings or initiate new discussions to clarify outstanding issues.
- Communicate design decisions made on-site to the planning team promptly.
- Champion planning progress within the value stream, balancing timelines, cost budgets, and specifications in close cooperation with the VSM.
- Proactively escalate unresolved issues and critical decision points that exceed production area scope.

**Leadership Skills**
- Hands-on leader with proven experience in managing operational teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Skilled at integrating multiple planning streams into a cohesive, actionable plan.
- Adept at guiding and influencing contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers through construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

**Technical Skills**
- Strong expertise in production and project planning within manufacturing contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and infrastructure for the assigned area.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings related to equipment, construction sites, and battery-specific infrastructure.
- Engineering mindset with a technical problem-solving approach.

- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring precision in execution.
- Highly organized and deadline-focused, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or equally valid to possess relevant professional experience in the battery industry.
- More than 3 years experience in battery sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
