As an Associate Engineer, you will be working alongside our experienced engineering team that will guide you through our manufacturing process and supports you in gaining knowledge and practical experience of the day-to-day operations in a high-speed can manufacturing site.

We will give you insight into cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and help you to gain skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond.
- You will work alongside our Engineers and Electricians, where you will have a chance to investigate ways of improving plant productivity through teamwork and problem-solving.
- You will gain full-cycle production knowledge through different plant departments.

**What we need from you**:

- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background
- Clear communication skills, curiosity, and courage to ask questions
- Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Openness to learning and curiosity
