We are currently looking for a:
Front/Back Processes Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achievement of business results, efficiency and savings.
- Management and leadership of projects related to the construction of the company's digital assets.
- Supervising and coordinating the digital experience of the different internal processes in the company, understanding technology and optimization possibilities.
- Evaluating existing business processes and identifying processes operationally burdensome and proposing solutions to reduce operational overhead.
- Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Guiding and supervising personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
- Performing ongoing analyses on processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Presenting progress reports and integrate feedback.
- Revising and update procedures and policies.
- Supervising the design of UX journeys.
- Integrating and standardizing templates and tasks, unifying style criteria.
- Creating functional documents and user stories on the requirements backlog.
- Working closely with the developers, Project Owners and Operation, Financial and HR Managers in the construction and development of ideas.
- Carrying out user tests to ensure product quality.
- Knowing the state of art in terms of technology and tools in this matter.
- Acting as a catalyst for the change in the concept of Transformation in the Digital Age, demonstrating by example how to work in this new environment.
