Entonces esta oportunidad es para ti LO QUE TE OFRECEMOS - Contrato indefinido desde el primer día. - Atractivo paquete de incentivos por objetivos. - Formación comercial retribuida de 2 semanas para que empieces con todas las herramientas. - Modelo de trabajo híbrido o 100% remoto (según tu lugar de residencia). - 2 días en oficina + 3 días de teletrabajo semanales. - Además, 8 semanas al año de teletrabajo total a tu elección - Jornada laboral de 36h semanales. - Oficina en el corazón de Madrid. - Descuentos exclusivos en viajes y otros beneficios vía intranet del staff. - Turnos rotativos de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 20:00 + 2 fines de semana al mes. Fecha de incorporación 3/06 **Qualifications** ¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN TI? - Excelente nível de italiano y español (hablado y escrito). - Personalidad minuciosa, detallista y enfocada en la calidad. - Perfil proactivo, automotivado, con actitud resolutiva y espíritu comercial. - Buenas habilidades de comunicación interna y externa. - Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos claros y medibles. Valoraremos especialmente si además cuentas con: - Experiência previa en agencias de viajes o entorno turístico - Alta orientación a resultados. - Versatilidad y capacidad de adaptación. **Additional Information
