We are hiring a** Cash Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Be responsible for the cash flow forecasting to give visibility on future cash positions and anticipate any upcoming treasury needs.
- Act as a link between core finance function with impact on the cash position and working capital: (account receivables, account payables, fleet, controlling, procurement, BPO, etc)
- Propose and implement necessary process improvements to optimize decision-making processes.
- Guarantee strong Financial Control over costs.
- Prepare information for Board presentations.
- Assure proper reporting to external stakeholders: banks, financial service providers, investors and shareholders.
- Analyse financial information required by senior management / Board and provide financial / analytical support.
- Drive continuous automatization and improvement of management reporting.

**What you will need**:

- 1-3 years relevant experience in Corporate Finance / Treasury / FP&A / Controlling / Consulting.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundaments; good to have knowledge of Spanish GAAP.
- Financial modelling skills with automation mindset.
- Trustworthy, committed and results driven person with a proactive approach
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to go deep to route cause but also to synthesize and give conclusion and recommendation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams in the organization or external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English.
- Academic Background in Finance / Economics / Accounting or related degree
- MBA and / or Master in finance will be highly valuable.
- Excel and PowerPoint advanced user. Think cell experience is a plus.
- Experience with Navision and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
