? **Desde Q-Tech colaboramos con una startup tecnológica con base en Barcelona** que está revolucionando la forma en la que las personas se conectan y crean comunidad a través de experiências compartidas.

Actualmente están en plena fase de crecimiento, estabilizando producto, lanzando nuevas funcionalidades (como pasarelas de pago y segmentación por intereses), y preparando su expansión internacional.

Para acompañar este momento clave, **buscan incorporar un/a Product Data Analyst con foco en producto, criterio propio y muchas ganas de construir desde cero**.

**?** ¿Qué harás?**

Formarás parte de un equipo ágil, técnico y multidisciplinar, trabajando muy de cerca con CTO, producto y UX. Tu rol será clave en la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar el comportamiento de usuarios dentro de la app (screen-by-screen)
- Diseñar y mantener dashboards con KPIs relevantes (retención, conversión, engagement)
- Colaborar con negocio, UX y desarrollo para transformar datos en acciones
- Identificar y proponer qué métricas realmente aportan valor
- Participar en pruebas A/B y validación de funcionalidades con visión crítica
- Realizar trabajo de campo e incluso entrevistas a usuarios cuando sea necesario
- Proponer mejoras en la organización de datos y estructuras para optimizar consultas e informes
- Comunicar hallazgos de forma clara a stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos

Requisitos básicos
- +2 años de experiência como Data Analyst, idealmente en producto digital o entorno SaaS, mobile
- Dominio de **SQL** y experiência con bases de datos (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
- Buen manejo de herramientas de visualización como **Grafana, Power BI o Appsmith**:

- Capacidad analítica + comunicación clara y visual de los insights
- Enfoque práctico: que sepa tomar decisiones con los datos y defenderlas ante equipo y dirección
- Experiência o sensibilidad hacia UX/UI y comportamiento de usuario
- Inglés intermedio (B2 mínimo)
