As a **Certified Optima Solutions Professional**, you will support **PPG** products in a customer plant. You will ensure the effective and efficient product performance and provide technical sales and service support to the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide online technical service based on customer’s needs.
- Monitor process parameters to keep the substrate preparation, coating process stabilization and within specification. Manage material consume of per unit
- Of critical importance is the training of customer personnel to operate their processes with the mínimal intervention by PPG. Working closely with engineering firms to review customer line design and give recommendations based on PPG design considerations.
- Troubleshoot problems at customer locations and work closely with labs to optimally resolve product and process issues.
- Improve PPG’s reputation and improve our sales value based on current account.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, major in chemical or equivalent
- Proficient digital literacy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skill
- Proficient English
