**Your mission**:
As Category Management Analyst deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow. Work closely with Category Management and KAM teams to ensure planograms meet approved parameters. Conduct planogram quality control ensuring all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities and shelving metrics. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output.

**_Your day to day with us:_**
- Define and gather insights for category strategy & management: Perform additional analyses to identify category-related customer.
- Define and gather insights for category strategy & management: Perform additional analysis used to evaluate local market and category-related customer trends
- Evaluate Performance: Share performance and key recommendations with key stakeholders (e.g., Sales)
- Align & co-create strategy with customers: Perform analyses on retail environment to identify customer needs and Perform deep dive from customer data
- Develop, review and update channel & customer growth strategy/ plan: Define and prioritize target channels and customers and white spots/ opportunities based on analysis
- Evaluate performance: Gather data points on execution performance (e.g., 2nd placings, share of shelf, price, distribution, RoS) and
- Review performance analysis results and derive recommendations
- Build & Manage Category: Perform customer data analyses required to determine PSP channel strategy and category plans

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Management or within similar position
- Language skills - fluency in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing, Master’s degree is a plus
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate-advanced Excel skills necessary
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions, strong at data analysis with strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and experience of space management technology platform JDA
- Good knowledge of product merchandising or shelf management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
