**Who we are...** AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, DKNY, Donna Karan, Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal. **The Project** We are looking for a Stock Control Coordinator to join our Operations Department. **What will the role entail?** - Stock budget, overstock forecasting and follow-up. - Stock and Inventory optimization. - KPIs Analysis and follow up. - Markdowns / Off price budget & forecast. - Purchases & sales reports and analysis. - Inventory management (Reserves, and batch transfers request). - Coordination with logistics department on returns stock availability and warehouse pick-up. - Interdepartmental communication, (DTC, Logistics, CS, CC) - Ad-hoc request by the company. - Make the company's stock profitable, through the analysis and management - of stock and sales. - Monitoring of sales operations. - Stock management between the off-price channel and the outlets' own channel. - Sales strategy proposals based on available stocks and potential customers. - Monitoring of seasonal and off-price sales operations. - Analysis of historical sales. - Customer Sales Forecast. - Develop and potential new technical to sales in digital (B2B). **What do we offer?** - Great international working environment. - Remote Work on Fridays. - Flexible working hours. - Flexible benefits. - Discount on the brands of the Group. - Free company transport to the offices. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 1 year in a similar role - High level of Excel.
