**Summary**:
We are looking for a person with availability to fill a permanent vacancy in Tarragona Site.

This position is responsible for ensuring quality awareness and behavior is developed throughout the site and that all necessary Customer and external certification requirements are met or exceeded.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Management Representative for Quality Management System at Tarragona site and Barcelona Commercial office.
- Assure the effectiveness and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with LYB Quality Policy and legal requirements, even ISO: 9001, ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
- Report Quality Management System performance of Tarragona site to the site and Corporate Quality management.
- Liaise with LYB Quality Management Representatives, business quality coordinators and LYB Quality Corporate.
- Responsible for conduct, implantation and effectiveness of corrective measures for the internal audits (UNE EN ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949).
- Management of the Polypropylene Compounding Quality Control in Tarragon Site.
- Monitor local “Quality / Non Quality” costs and report to Site manager and Corporate Quality group.
- Responsible for conduct, implantation and effectiveness of corrective measures for the internal audits (UNE EN ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949).
- Responsible for the management of claims to Suppliers of raw materials and additives.
- Initiate and participate in quality improvement projects locally or at European level.
- Support Quality legal inspections and customer audits and take care of visitors in Quality issues.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- University degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Qualification of internal auditor ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 (preferred).
- Knowledge in technical applied statistics.
- Good knowledge about Polyolefins and analytical methods.
- Good knowledge of quality, principles, techniques and standards.

**Work Experience**
- Knowledge and experience in Management of Quality and Quality Control, at least two years.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience. Experience working in a multi-national company preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in audits

**Languages**:

- High knowledge of English.
