Sounds amazing, right? **ABOUT THE ROLE** Fever is looking for a **Health & Safety Intern **to join its Health and Safety Team, an open-minded, problem-solver** looking to learn about occupational health and safety ("H&S") management**, in an environment where virtually all our work has cross-border impact. As a **Safety Intern**, you will deal with **occupational risk management**,** assist and work closely with various departments** at Fever, **gaining analytical skills,** experience in a company with challenging and enriching tasks, aligned with **new technologies and entertainment options and tools**, while contributing **to create a safe and healthy work environment** and work towards employee wellbeing. You will report to the Safety Specialist and provide support to the Health and Safety Service and learn to handle operative tasks including: - Provide support to core H&S functions, including: - **Implementation** of the H&S management system - **Risk assessments** of jobs and work areas - **Inspections **at workplace - Hygienic, ergonomic and psychosocial studies - **Request, analysis and registration** of H&S documentation of contractors, subcontractors and other suppliers. - Offering, arrangement and registration of health surveillance of workers. - **Monitoring** and control of internal H&S training provided to all employees. - Support in the management of external training in H&S. **In order to be successful in this role, you will be**: - Looking to learn through experience. - **Currently enrolled in a college degree **(preferably labor relations) — training in Health and Safety (higher, intermediate or basic) is a plus. - An excellent student with an excellent academic record - A team player and an effective communicator - **Fluent in English and Spanish** — other languages are a plus, especially French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, or Arabic - Available to **start working in Madrid**, full time (with start date negotiable). - Available for visits to other work sites in Spain.
