We are looking for our new Agency Account Strategist for the Eastern European markets to join our dynamic teams at Criteo **What you'll do** - Provide top-level strategic account management to agencies, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Develop and cultivate strong and productive partnerships with clients’ and agencies’ stakeholders across all levels - Educate our advertisers on Criteo’s technology across different channels - Work collaboratively with technical solutions, creative services, data science and other internal teams to ensure excellent client service and mutual team alignment. - Plan, forecast and negotiate yearly budgets, along with up-selling Criteo’s new full-funnel solutions, such as our video and traffic campaigns - Prepare and present personalized presentations as part of quarterly business meetings, in which you define long-term action plans together with agencies. - Managing the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of our agency partners to ensure we exceed their expectations and educate them to our self-service platform. - Act as a consultant and build strategies to upsell Criteo solutions to each agency and their clients to help them achieve their goals. - Leading agency and client business reviews and communicate optimizations made along with the planned roadmap. - Analyzing advertising campaign metrics and ensure client goals are consistently achieved (Revenue, ROI, Ecpm, CPV ). - Internally escalating any issues or concerns discovered or raised by clients. - Partnering closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. - Be a key player in helping Criteo build and execute our agency strategy. **Who you are** - Expert at managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment. - Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients. - A proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams. Demonstrate an interest into the digital advertising industry. - Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce clients is a plus. - Fluent both English and Polish (both speaking & writing). - Resilience, change ambassador and positive mindset are part of our values.
