We are actively seeking an **ESaaS Contract Manager **to join our dynamic team in **Madrid, Spain**

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all ESaaS contract activities both internally and with Telefónica, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, site reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to meet expected margins and ROI. You'll also oversee service agreements with technical subcontractors and suppliers, driving continuous improvement initiatives to balance service levels and costs. Collaboration with supervisors and the EOC will ensure the required service levels are maintained, while working closely with ESaaS project managers and sales to anticipate operational needs for each site. Constant monitoring of activity will enhance the efficiency and productivity of both CEs and subcontractors, with a focus on ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of products and services.

**What kind of work will you be doing?**
- Follow the site audits up in collaboration with the project managers to deliver the required report to Telefónica and so knowing and limiting our responsibilities according to this.
- Manage the required scheduling to do the required PMVs on time, adapting as much as possible the predictive maintenance to this model and the documents to be used and shared.
- Adapt our activity of the best possible way to cover the Telefónica needs according to the RITE and RSIF updated requirements.
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors following Company Policies
- Ensure all engineers and subcontractors debriefing information are properly collected internally and in the required customer tools.
- Assure the usage of the tools required by Telefónica to manage the works

Ensure total discipline in the use of the ERP system
- Work together with EOC to adapt as much as possible the predictive maintenance to the Telefónica requirements, taking care of our efficiency and costs.
- Ensure reaching relevant KPI targets.
- Transfer leads to the sales team in case.
- Assures liaisons with the accounting dept. in connection with invoicing procedures and with service sales team for dispatch to the customers, supplying service information (internally and to the customers).
- Follow and respect, in all its technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv, and those that are specific to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out. Work closely with Department Manager to assist with day to day operational duties.
- To know and to comply with the waste producer’s requirements established by the current legislation, concerning the handling, transfer and storage of the wastes until their delivery to an authorized waste management company.

**What will make you successful?**
- Good knowledge about Thermal activity, even installation part.
- English at least at intermediate level.
- Good PC and Office package skills.
- Good knowledge of maintenance work.
- Ability to make and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to develop and prepare presentations and reports.

Background & Experience: Technical Degree in industrial, electronic, electrical or similar; One year in similar position it is very appreciated, but not a must.
