QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Senior Investment Manager tu objetivo será apoyar al Head del área de Private Debt en el lanzamiento, gestión y desarrollo de los diferentes fondos que sean originados por el área.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Ejecutar bajo la supervisión del Comité de Inversión operaciones de crédito.
- Preparación de los documentos soporte de la transacción: Modelo Excel y Credit Application.
- Preparación de presentaciones a terceros y de reporting a inversores.
- Negociación, bajo supervisión, de contratos de financiación.
- Relación con los stakeholders del Fondo: Inversores, Gestora, Banco, Operating Partner.
- Apoyo en la reflexión para levantar nuevos fondos/estrategias dentro de Private Debt.
- Conducir con diligencia los procedimientos internos requeridos en el area: Compliance, Legal, Auditoria, etc.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo internacional del área a través de la originación y estructuración de operaciones en paises Europeos así como la creación de una red de originación entre los diferentes asesores/originadores europeos.

EXPERIENCIA
- Al menos 10 años de experiência internacional en una de las siguientes posiciones: experiência en el departamento de reestructuraciones/debt advisory (Big4) asesorando a fondos de Private Equity o Fondos de Deuda en operaciones de financiación y/o. Experiência en el area de inversión de Fondos de Deuda (Senior, Mezzanine o Distressed).

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y/o Ingeniería Superior.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos financieros, Modelización financiera, Análisis del riesgo de crédito, entendimiento y negociación de contratos de crédito, preparación de presentaciones y contabilidad.
