As a Charter Fleet Operations you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like planning, organization and handling our automotive transports. You’ll be collaborating closely with our Carriers to support the ongoing workflow.

In This Role You Will
- Maintaining strong relationships with our logistic partners and manage the operational processes.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing transport operations in close contact with carriers, in
- and external counterparts acting as the first point of contact for operational questions on daily basis.
- Support senior team members by providing and accumulating operational data, while having a clear understanding of asset and project performance.
- Constantly optimize operational processes in cooperation with other internal departments.
- Be involved in all the improvement processes, both technical and operational.
- Constant search of profitable routes/circuits.
- Establishing and strengthening relationships with new carriers.

Preferably You Have
- Clear understanding of a lorry driver work/rest driving restrictions.
- Knowledge in delivery schedule execution control (overall truck performance control).
- Ability to plan trucks between different shipments and adjust loading/unloading times accordingly.
- Experience in communicating with drivers/Carrier Managers.
- Strong network of potential carriers.
- High stress resistance, ability to work in a dynamic environment and team work is required.
- Understanding of regional European FTL market and carriers price formation (e.g. amortization, expenses, leasing costs).
- Skills in working with Excel, truck and trace, marketplace/SPOT platforms (Timocom, trans.eu etc).
- Knowledge in the logistics industry: minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations with truck planning and management.
- Executional Excellence: You strike the right balance between love for details and diligence while being a pragmatic problem solver focusing on the result.
- Data Process: You have an eye for interpreting and analyzing quantitative data, and devising process improvement plans.
